Johnny Hines is the Owner of All Safe & Sound, LLC residing over Marketing and Sales for the Organization while bringing more than 25 years of experience in Audio-Video, Security, and Control System applications. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a B.B.A. in Business Analysis, Johnny spent the next 3 1/2 years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Vicenza, Italy. Upon his honorable discharged in 1990, Johnny returned home to Texas and joined the family business, Photo Sentry Security, as Operations/Quality Control Officer and rising to position of Vice President. During his 5 year tenure at Photo Sentry, Johnny introduced the concept of integrated services for Security, Audio-Video and Control Systems. In 1995 Johnny left Photo Sentry Security to begin his own venture, All Safe & Sound,LLC., further expanding upon the same platform for the design, integration and control of multiple systems including Security, Video Surveillance, Audio-Video, Air Conditioning and Heating, and Lighting for residential and commercial clientele.

David Hardaway is All Safe & Sound's Controller that manages Accounting and Finance administration for the company. He is also a veteran that served on active duty in Germany 1984-1987 in the 8th Infantry Division. David holds a B.B.A degree in Accounting from Sam Houston University and prior to contracting with All Safe & Sound, David held various Finance related positions within several industries including heavy equipment, waste management, and electric power. David brings over 25 years experience, several with Fortune 500 companies.
